GOOD TO KNOW

A few questions, answered.

Do I need technical drawings?

No. A photo, rough sketch, link or a description is enough to start the conversation.

Can I order just one?

Yes, we consider one-off commissions. Cost depends on complexity, materials and required tooling.

Can I send images I find online or AI-generated design ideas?

Absolutely. You can share online photographs, renders, Pinterest references or AI-generated images as inspiration. However, rendered and AI-generated designs are often optimised for appearance rather than real-world construction. Bringing them to life may require adjustments to proportions, structural details, materials, finishes or cost. We'll assess what's practical, explain the complexities and trade-offs upfront, and agree on realistic expectations with you before proceeding.

Can you copy anything I find online?

We can use references as inspiration, but will not reproduce protected designs or logos without permission.

When do I receive a quote?

We review your idea and budget first. Then we can discuss feasibility, scope, price and timeline.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we welcome international bespoke enquiries. Each project is evaluated individually based on design feasibility, packaging requirements, shipping costs, and applicable customs duties. Where possible, we prioritise **flat-pack designs** to reduce shipping costs and make international delivery more practical and economical.
