Refund and Replacement Policy
At Nook&Grain, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. In the event that you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to assist you with a simple Return & Exchange Policy:
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for either a full refund or a free replacement of the item or a credit note, depending on your preference.
Time Frame: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Process: Send us an email at support@nookandgrain.in with your order details and clear photographs of the damaged item. Our customer service team will guide you through the return and replacement process.
Shipping: For damaged or defective products, there is no extra shipping cost for the customer.
2. Incorrect Product
If you receive a product different from what has been ordered, we shall send a replacement of the item or a credit note, depending on your preference.

3. Refund Processing Time
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. In case of any rejection, we shall share an opening video with you.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days via UPI/account transfer.
